Usually, outside windows have more dirt and stains. Start by rinsing the windows with the hose (if you have one), then add a few drops of liquid dish soap to the bucket of clean, cool water.

Go over the window’s surface using a soft microfiber cloth. Using a sponge mop (or a soft cotton or microfibre mop) on a pole for higher windows. Thoroughly rinse the windows with the hose that you may or may not have. If you don’t then use another bucket.

Spray or mop with a solution of vinegar and water, or a commercial cleanser. Using a neat, rubber-bladed squeegee to wipe the window dry. Angle the squeegee and work from top to bottom toward the bottom of the window. At the bottom of each pass, wipe the squeegee with a clean, dry towel. Alternatively, to dry the walls, you can use a neat, lint-free towel or newspaper sheets.

This will give you a pretty solid job of it. You’ll soon be able to see through the window out of your office with perfect clarity again.
